Sin embargo debes encontrar la manera de mentalizarte de que todo se logrará, todo va a salir bien, o que vas a mantener los ojos abiertos pues aprovecharás toda oportunidad que se te presente para mejorar. Es entonces, cuando tu mente estará preparada para lo mejor, porque tu actitud cambia.Se me hace dificil entender como se maneja el cerebro, que mejor timon que nuestras palpitaciones y aquello que nos hace poner los pies en el suelo "las ganas de vivir". Las afirmaciones funcionan por que ponemos la actitud correcta a funcionar en nuestro cerebro. Además hacen que nos preparemos para cualquier oportunidad que se presente. La planeación del día nos ayuda a dirigir nuestros esfuerzos por completo en lo que quieremos lograr, si ningún desvío. Y tus objetivos deben ser pequeños en un principio, pues imagina que estás en rehabilitación y tus pies deben aprender a caminar de nuevo.
